John is an accredited mindfulness meditation practitioner and experienced mental wellbeing advocate. His focus is on helping clients establish personal insights, practices and strategies in ways that help unlock their wellbeing potential. In addition to his work with Manage Your Mind, John is co-founder of men’s mental wellbeing collective The Men Who, Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England) and hypnotherapist-in-training (Dip. Hypno., 2025). He is certified to practice under the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation (approved by the British Psychological Society).
