Introduction to Mindfulness

If you are new to the practice of mindfulness, our Introduction to Mindfulness class is the perfect place to begin. Designed and led by one of our experienced and qualified mindfulness meditation teachers, the class offers professional teaching, guided meditations, poetry and storytelling that encourages greater present moment awareness and connection to the world within and around us.

All participants also receive complimentary online access to our guided meditations, journal and mindfulness exercises.

Mindfulness Now (6-week Course)

Whether you are new to the world of mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, our Mindfulness Now course is the perfect programme to deepen your practice over a 6-week period. Following the accredited Mindfulness Now framework and criteria and led by one of our experienced and qualified mindfulness meditation teachers, this course offers professional teaching, guided meditations, poetry and storytelling that encourages greater present moment awareness and connection to the world within and around us.

SENSES Mindfulness

Designed and curated by Manage Your Mind, SENSES is a 90 minute mindfulness class intended to deepen present moment awareness by engaging each of our five human senses: sight, sound, aroma, touch and taste. Created for small groups, SENSES Mindfulness is led by one of our experienced and qualified mindfulness meditation teachers who will help you to relax your body, mind and spirit, restore energy, aid quality sleep, enhance inner connection, enable interoception and invite peace into the present moment.
